Symptoms
Mamut Enterprise is a CRM system whose clients are based on Internet
Explorer but unlike Content Studio it needs to be installed on the client's
computer. After uninstalling Mamut Enterprise the Content Studio editor
"Webitor" stops working. Also persons that are using the Webmail system of
Microsoft Exchange will see similar problems.
Cause
When uninstalling Mamut Enterprise 2 components (dhtmled.ocx and
triedit.dll ) installed with Microsoft
Internet are erroneously removed.
Resolution
To fix this problem an administrator must log on to the computer and copy
the dhtmled.ocx and triedit.dll from the installation source into the Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit and register them with
Regsvr32.exe.
